Product Details
Meet Mia, an 18" full platinum silicone reborn baby doll with a soft, flexible feel and lifelike baby-like proportions.
- Full Platinum Silicone: Soft and flexible from head to toe.
- 18" Size: A fuller newborn-style size with noticeably more silicone volume and presence than smaller 10–13 inch dolls.
- Open Eyes: Awake, engaging expression.
Material: Full Platinum Silicone | Size: 18"
Why size affects price: Larger full-silicone dolls require more silicone material, giving them a fuller and more substantial presence than mini silicone dolls.
Care: Handle gently and follow the included care guidance.
Why Size Affects Price
Full-silicone dolls are priced by size and features. Larger 18–22 inch dolls use more silicone and have a fuller, more substantial body than mini sizes, creating a more baby-like presence when held. Smaller sizes offer the same full-silicone concept in a more compact format.
Full Silicone FAQ
What does full silicone mean?
Full silicone refers to a silicone body from head to toe, creating a softer, more substantial feel than vinyl or cloth-body styles.
Does every full silicone baby drink and wet?
No. Only products explicitly labeled “Drinking & Wetting” or “Drinks & Wets” include that interactive feature.
Why does size change the feel?
Larger full-silicone babies use more silicone and have a fuller presence when held, while smaller sizes are more compact and easier to hold.

"She looks so incredibly real lying face down on the floor! The way her little hand rests under her cheek is perfectly sculpted. The slippers and the 'Sweet Sleep' book make the coziest, most realistic setup. The silicone feels just like a real baby. Highly recommend!"
"Holding her feels unbelievably real! She snuggles perfectly against my shoulder, and the closed eyes with long lashes look so peaceful. The soft silicone and the cozy cream knit cardigan with pom-poms make her feel just like a real baby. Highly recommend!"
I was going through old photo albums yesterday, and I held this doll the whole time. It brought back so many memories of when my kids were little.
I keep it next to the radio while I listen to my morning programs. It has become part of my little routine.
My grandson sings to it when he thinks no one is listening. It is the sweetest thing.

It sits on the shelf and looks so peaceful.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a reborn doll.
It's become the subject of half the photos on my phone, no shame.
The skin feels so warm and soft, it's genuinely comforting to hold.
I keep it next to my favorite mug, it's become part of my morning routine.
The little toes are painted so carefully, it's the tiny details that get me.
I didn't expect to like it this much, but it's grown on me a lot.
