Elowen | 18" Full Silicone Reborn Baby Doll – Sleeping

Meet Elowen, an 18-inch full platinum silicone reborn baby doll with a peaceful sleeping expression, soft flexible construction, and fuller newborn-style proportions. Her 18-inch size gives collectors more silicone volume and visual presence than compact 10–13 inch dolls while still remaining comfortable to hold, dress, reposition, and display.

• Full Platinum Silicone: Soft and flexible from head to toe for a more lifelike handling feel.
• 18-Inch Size: A popular collector scale with more presence than mini and compact silicone dolls.
• Sleeping Design: Closed-eye newborn look for collectors who prefer a calm, restful expression.
• Collector-Friendly: Suitable for gentle holding, outfit changes, display, and reborn doll photography.

Material: Full Platinum Silicone   |   Size: 18"   |   Expression: Sleeping

Why size matters: Larger full-silicone dolls use more silicone material and generally feel more substantial in the arms than smaller 10–13 inch styles. If you prefer a more compact option, compare our 16-inch reborn dolls; for the same general scale, browse other 18-inch reborn baby dolls.

Care: Handle gently and follow the included care guidance. Keep the doll on clean fabrics, avoid unnecessary pulling or stretching, and store away from rough surfaces that could mark the silicone.

Full-silicone dolls are priced by size and features. Larger 18–22 inch dolls use more silicone and have a fuller, more substantial body than mini sizes, creating a more baby-like presence when held. Smaller sizes offer the same full-silicone concept in a more compact format.

What does full silicone mean?
Full silicone refers to a silicone body from head to toe, creating a softer, more substantial feel than vinyl or cloth-body styles.

Does every full silicone baby drink and wet?
No. Only products explicitly labeled “Drinking & Wetting” or “Drinks & Wets” include that interactive feature.

Why does size change the feel?
Larger full-silicone babies use more silicone and have a fuller presence when held, while smaller sizes are more compact and easier to hold.
