Why Size Affects Price
Full-silicone dolls are priced by size and features. Larger 18–22 inch dolls use more silicone and have a fuller, more substantial body than mini sizes, creating a more baby-like presence when held. Smaller sizes offer the same full-silicone concept in a more compact format.
Full Silicone FAQ
What does full silicone mean?
Full silicone refers to a silicone body from head to toe, creating a softer, more substantial feel than vinyl or cloth-body styles.
Does every full silicone baby drink and wet?
No. Only products explicitly labeled “Drinking & Wetting” or “Drinks & Wets” include that interactive feature.
Why does size change the feel?
Larger full-silicone babies use more silicone and have a fuller presence when held, while smaller sizes are more compact and easier to hold.

"Just found her laying like this on the rug with her hand behind her head. She looks so relaxed, like she's just staring at the ceiling. The pink tulle next to her looks so cute with the little star dress. Very lifelike!"
"Took her outside to sit on the patio chair in the sun today. That red star dress is just the cutest, and the little curled pigtails are so fun. With the sippy cup next to her, she looks exactly like a real toddler enjoying the warm weather!"
I bought a similar doll from another seller last year for twice the price, and this one is just as good. The quality is amazing for what you pay. Great value.
The skin feels weirdly real, warm and soft. It kind of threw me off at first.
My daughter takes it to the park and pushes it on the baby swing. Other moms stare.
I have no excuse for buying this. I just wanted it, and I love it. No regrets.
The skin texture is so realistic, I'm impressed.
Great value for the price, would buy again.
Best little purchase, it brings me joy every single day.
It's become the most photographed thing in our house.
The weight is perfect.
The little fingers are so detailed, I just love looking at them.
My daughter now insists on reading it a bedtime story every night.
It's a good size—not too big, not too small. Fits perfectly in a standard baby carrier too, which my daughter loves.
I was worried about materials since my kid puts everything in her mouth, but this doll is soft, no smell, and feels safe. Very happy.
The included outfit is cute, but the best part is it fits regular newborn clothes, so you can dress it up however you want.
