1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, yunbabies’ shipping coverage includes the following regions: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European countries, Australia, New Zealand.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees vary based on the destination and the weight of your order. Please refer to the details below for a breakdown of our shipping rates:

United States

• Standard Shipping: Orders $0-$138.99, Shipping Fee: $19.99, Delivery Time: 8-10 business days.
• Free Standard Shipping (Best Value): Orders $139+, Free Shipping, Delivery Time: 8-10 business days.
• Priority Shipping (Faster): Base Fee: $24.99 + $10 per additional 0.5kg (after 1.5kg), Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.

Special Note for Full Silicone Babies

Please note that yunbabies full silicone baby dolls are crafted to mimic the weight of a real baby, making them significantly heavier than standard dolls. Therefore, the shipping fees for these items will be calculated based on their actual weight and value. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
• Multiple Packages: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. If you receive only part of your order, please do not worry—the remaining items will arrive soon.

30 Days Return Warranty

At yunbabies, we adhere to strict quality control standards to ensure all products are shipped in perfect condition. Any defective merchandise is eligible for exchange within 30 days of you receiving your order.If you wish to return the goods for any other reason and request a refund (with return postage borne by you), please contact yunbabies customer service first to obtain an authorized return and the correct return address. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. If yunbabies sends the wrong item or you receive damaged merchandise, you may return it to us under the following conditions:
   Return or exchange your items within 30 days from the delivery date.Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.Return shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer.
2. If you (the customer) select the wrong size, color, or style, exchange or refund is available; however, the customer shall bear all round-trip shipping fees.

You may only return the package to the designated shipping address after obtaining return authorization from a yunbabies customer service representative. We will process your refund once we receive the returned package, and you are required to provide all relevant shipping tracking information.Returns must be sent via post office or registered mail. Any taxes incurred shall be borne by the customer.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority at yunbabies. We provide a temporary satisfaction guarantee: if you are unsatisfied with your order due to any quality issue, please contact yunbabies customer service within 30 days of receiving your order. All customers with orders under $50 will be eligible for a full refund.

Full Refunds

yunbabies offers full refunds for any items found to be faulty or damaged due to our error. Refunds are not applicable for damage caused by a third party or the customer’s own fault. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

We will process a partial refund within 3 days of receiving your returned goods. The partial refund will be 20%-60% of the total payment you made, with the remaining amount covering the original shipping fees incurred by yunbabies. To initiate a partial refund, please contact yunbabies Customer Service first.

Canceling Orders (Before Shipment)

• All orders canceled within 12 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
• All orders canceled after 12 hours are eligible for a refund minus a $3 per piece cancellation fee.

Exchanging Orders (Before Shipment)

• All orders exchanged within 12 hours of purchase are eligible for a free exchange.
• All orders exchanged after 12 hours are eligible for exchange, but the customer shall pay a handling fee of $3 per piece.
